Can I request a product return or exchange?

Returns & Exchanges: If you encounter a sizing issue with your item (subject to availability), we offer free exchanges.

Returns are only accepted in cases where the received item is damaged or defective. Upon receiving the product, our team will thoroughly inspect it, and if no discrepancies are found, the refund will be processed within 3 days and credited to your bank account.

What happens if I’m not available to receive the package upon delivery?

Our delivery agents will make three attempts to deliver the package. If you are not available, the package will be returned to us. To ensure a smooth and prompt delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including the zip code and a valid mobile number.
